1 cup Hazelnut Chocolate Spread (For spreading over the crackers)
2 cups Mini Marshmallows (For the middle layer)
1/2 cup Milk Chocolate Chips (Melted, for drizzling)
1/4 cup Chopped Hazelnuts (Toasted, for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Base
- Line the 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- Place a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom of the pan, breaking them as needed to fit.
Add Hazelnut Chocolate Layer
- Spread the hazelnut chocolate spread evenly over the graham crackers, covering them completely.
Create Marshmallow Layer
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the hazelnut chocolate spread, creating an even layer.
Melt and Drizzle Chocolate
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the marshmallows, using a toothpick or fork to create decorative swirls.
Garnish and Chill
- Sprinkle the toasted chopped hazelnuts over the top for an added crunch.
- Chill the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
Cut into Squares
- Once set, lift the s’mores out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and place on a cutting board. Cut into squares using a sharp knife.
